When it's Due

the first of every month

Rent is due on the 1st of every month and is generally pulled on the 3rd of every month. Perpetual has transitioned to an ACH (automatic debit) process where the tenant’s bank account is debited the rental amount automatically.  Tenants are required to have one ACH form for each apartment (tenants need to coordinate rent payment to one another a week before the 1st of every month as one payment will be made to Perpetual).

We appreciate you paying the rent on time!

As part of the lease signing and renewal process tenants should sign up for the ACH processes where rent is paid through an automated reoccurring process.
