Thomas Magloczki | Founder
Tom was born in upstate NY and moved to Boston to attend Boston Architecture College. Tom later received his MBA from The University of Colorado where he was able to focus on his two life passions, real estate and snowboarding.
After business school, Tom worked at New Boston Fund on their development team. While with New Boston Fund, he concurrently managed multiple residential development projects ranging from $30M to $120M.
Tom founded Perpetual in 2007 and has overseen $36 million in multifamily development. With Perpetual, Tom brings multiple professional disciplines under one roof which provides a wide range of expertise and enhances investment decisions.
Tom is always looking to think “outside the box” and enjoys the creative aspect of architecture the most. He is also passionate about historic preservation and has overseen several unique design and construction projects within the City of Boston.
Tom is a registered architect, licensed construction supervisor, licensed real estate broker in MA/VT and is also a LEED accredited professional. In his free time, Tom enjoys visiting new ski resorts and playing tennis. He is an automotive enthusiast and lives in the South End of Boston.
