This three family structure was acquired through the foreclosure process and had been neglected on the interior for decades.
The restoration of this building included a comprehensive renovation of the entire interior comprised of three high end residential units. All the windows in the building were replaced with high efficacy low E windows and new high efficiency hot water heaters were installed.
