When it's Due

the first of every month

Rent is due on the 1st of every month and funds should clear Perpetual's bank account by the 5th of every month.  Perpetual has transitioned to an ACH (automatic debt) process where the tenants account is debited the rent amount automatically.  Tenants are required to have one ACH form for each apartment (tenants need to coordinate rent payment to one another a week before the 1st of every month and submit one payment to Perpetual).

We only accept checks or Venmo as a matter of last resort in order to assure that rent is paid on the 1st of every month.

*Multiple bounced ACH payments could result in a non-renewal of lease.

We appreciate you paying the rent on time!

As part of the lease signing and renewal process tenants should sign up for the ACH processes where rent is paid through an automated reoccurring process.
